Gratitude (or my Oscar Speech, since there will be no Oscars)

I have not written much, but when I do think about writing, I want to start with what I am grateful for going into this new year. I guess my husband should be at the head of the list because he is my ballast and without him, I would be wobbling and falling over all the time, next are my kids who are pretty smart (not in that testing way, but more in a human spirit way) and who everyday make me grow up a little more. God knows I wouldn't do it for anyone else. Then Cathy, with whom I couldn't even think of being in business because her strengths are my weaknesses, and who totally gets the absurdity of life. Of course my parents who taught me how to persist and work hard, sometimes to a fault. And my health and ability to exercise and take care of myself, and the fact that I can now do 4 functions in Excel. And that I have enough brains to learn HTML, and I will, dammit. Oh! And all of the SolMates SunReader customers, because Cathy and I have learned so much from them, and they make what we do really really fun.

That is not all, but it is a start and I have to put my chauffeur hat on. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I will be back soon because I have been reading a bunch, during Christmas break I read two great psychodramas and one Indian novel that won a Man Booker prize. Also, Cathy and I need to tell you about some of our customers. Good stuff.
