Cathy's and my business is facing many challenges right now, there is more competition, we had to part ways with our ad agency which was not unlike breaking up with a first boyfriend, sales are slumping because of fall and winter...just the kind of stuff that happens. While Cathy soothes her soul by listening to Annie Lennox, I find myself drifting through a myriad shoe sale websites. I love buying shoes, but I don't buy them that often, and my challenge is to buy shoes that I can do everything in from clean the bathroom to go to a party. Exhibit A over there is my latest acquisition, the Nakia by Me Too shoes. It is an oh so nice shoe with no break in time, cushy sole made for walking and a clever tortoise shell buckle. It is making me happy right now. I mean right this second. So our challenges with the E-Bay store will become less daunting, and I am sure that we will get our new website up. But until that happens, I am going to spend a few more minutes at Zappos.com.
